CGI’s Computer Generated Images
Selling new property off-plan presents challenges because it isn’t always easy for potential buyers to visualise the end results. Computer Generated Images (CGI’s) help us to address that issue and we offer two, low-cost solutions:
Standard Premium Photo-realistic true-to-life representations accurately visualising buildings as they will look when completed, before a brick has been laid.
Value A low cost solution that is significantly more visually stimulating than line drawings or architects’ plans.
Interior CGIs
What would it look like if...?
Have you ever wondered how a house might look with different treatments to its elevation? How would tiling look instead of shiplap? Or, would cedar be a better look than tiling? What if we change those white windows to graphite grey or black?
What would it look like if...?
If you have a vision for how your house might be improved, our studio can probably visualise that for you for a relatively modest cost. Helping you to avoid costly mistakes, or assisting buyers in seeing the potential.
Virtual Furnishing
Photographs of empty rooms can look cold and lifeless. But adding furniture would normally be an expensive option whether that’s bought or rented.
So, we are now able to add virtual furniture showing potential buyers how rooms could look as homes. The cost of this service is significantly less than the cost of real furniture.
We can also most times, remove existing furniture and replace it, for a small additional cost.
Digital Surgery
Our expert photo editors can usually delete cement mixers, builders’ toilets, piles of gravel and other objects that cannot easily be physically moved out of the way.
We can often, also, digitally remove signage, tins of paint from interiors, scaffolding outside of windows so that marketing can commence weeks or maybe months earlier than would be possible otherwise.
Day to Dusk
Day to Dusk artistry will get your property noticed in the beauty parades we know of as the portals and, in particular, social media.
Getting noticed is the first objective for any property marketing project. Unless a property is ‘noticed’ by the best buyers, it won’t matter how good your agent is at negotiating, because they won’t have anyone with whom to negotiate.
Facelifts
Our experts are able to edit-in realistic blue skies and enhance our photos so that they look their best even if the weather is poor.
We want our photos of your property to stand head and shoulders above those of the competition because statistics tell us that the better they are, the more clicks online, the more viewers and opportunities for offers.
